GoPro Philippines Extended Local Warranty Program

Moduvi, Inc. (via Mobilio, Inc, formerly iFix Center) is the official and sole distributor of GoPro products in the Philippines, and is the provider of 6 months extended local warranty program for legitimate GoPro cameras (look for the iFix Holographic Sticker) only sold by GoPro Authorized Partners in the Philippines.

GoPro HERO12 Black, HERO12 Black Creator Edition, HERO11 Black, HERO11 Black Creator Edition, HERO11 Black Mini, HERO10 Black, HERO9 Black and MAX purchased from March 1, 2022 onwards all come with the 6 months extended local warranty, on top of the 1 year standard international warranty. GoPro warranty assurance, eligibility for support, and coverage are subject to terms and conditions, and is only valid for purchases through GoPro authorized partners in the Philippines, and is based on the date of official receipt.

Terms and Conditions

Warranty and service related process for Cameras still covered by warranty:

  • Via GoPro Chat Support (for 1 year Standard International Warranty only):
  1. Go to GoPro.com website and select Contact Us at the bottom, or follow this link.
  2. Make sure your location is set to Philippines. The business hours are as follows: Monday to Sunday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  3. Fill in the necessary details under CONTACT US &
  4. Choose an option between CHAT or REQUEST A CALL
  5. GoPro shall share with you the next steps in troubleshooting via email/phone/chat
  6. If the GoPro agent grants a camera replacement, they will share the RMA reference # via your registered email, including further instructions.
  7. Once a valid RMA reference # has been granted, the faulty unit may now be sent directly to GoPro (as per their instructions).
  8. GoPro in turn shall then initiate the replacement once the faulty unit arrives at their receiving facility. The replacement product from GoPro shall be couriered directly to the customer address.
  • Via Mobilio, Inc. (formerly iFix Center)(for both 1 year Standard International Warranty and the 6 months Extended Local Warranty:
  1. Contact Mobilio, Inc. (formerly iFix Center, Inc.) at (02) 8277-1759 / (02) 8277-1762 / 0927-5607676 or via Facebook / Messenger.
  2. Camera must be sent over to Mobilio, Inc. (c/o customer) for proper testing, troubleshooting, and inspection.
  3. Once Mobilio determines the camera is indeed faulty and is covered by the warranty, a camera replacement will be issued.
  4. Alternately, pre-approved replacement of faulty cameras via GoPro Chat Support may also be coursed through Mobilio, Inc., as long as a valid RMA reference # is provided.

6 Months Extended Local Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • The 6 months Extended Warranty (EW) is applicable for GoPro HERO12 Black, HERO12 Black Creator Edition, HERO11 Black, HERO11 Black Creator Edition, HERO11 Black Mini, HERO10 Black, HERO9 Black and MAX model only, with product packaging bearing the official iFix holographic sticker and is purchased only from GoPro Authorized Partners in the Philippines.   • The EW is in effect on the last day of the 1 year Standard International Warranty (IW), based on the date of purchase indicated in your receipt or proof of purchase/
  • The EW is non-transferable and is applicable only to the first hand user who purchased the camera from a GoPro Authorised Partner in the Philippines.
  • To avail of the EW, customer needs to register the camera within 1 month from the date of purchase.
  • Moduvi, Inc., through Mobilio, Inc. reserves the right to reject the warranty claim if the required documents or information are missing or manipulated.
  • Moduvi, Inc., through Mobilio, Inc. reserves the right to reject the warranty claim if the product serial number has been altered, removed or defaced.
  • In case of a replacement model is unavailable (due to EOL status or product is no longer available) the customer may choose to upgrade to a higher model, provided that the customer shall settle the price difference based on current prices / market value.

Both the 1 Year Standard International Warranty and the 6 Months Extended Local Warranty DOES NOT COVER the following cases:

  • Damages due to product misuse or abuse.
  • Unauthorized opening, adjustments, repairs, disassembling, and/or cleaning performed on the product in whole or by parts.
  • Damages due to the exposure to dust, sand, fire, water, shock etc.
  • Damages due to the mishandling of the product, improper storage, improper care, inadequate safekeeping.
